MMP ... a favourite phenomenologist, enjoins intellectual dissidents to jangle the threads until they disjoin
so he enjoins me to take up disjoining.... he also talks about the fragility of the intentional threads of the world...
now I am off to the stretched fabric...

wrote for you there, Jon... on your fabric...
nicely done!

Harlequin...
what does MMP stand for? couldn't find any related clue...

disjoining... hmmm...

and all the threads are fragile -- intentional or unintentional, aren't they?
;)

HB sorry... Maurice Merleau Ponty... Unnamable has a nifty section on phenomenology and MMP (above ) is quite prominent as one of the first philosophers to take the body seriously... so I take him seriously

and indeed, most threads are fragile...but then again, tenacious in ways that are surprising and delightful
