amazing....my sponsor tells me that I have to aspire to boredom.... she advised me to aim for a half hour of boredom this year... I asked her if it had to be continuous or cumulative and she laughed at me...at least I think it was a laugh... thanks for contributing to my 30 minutes...all I needed was the title...
